Dr. Charlotte Andrews, Head of Cultural Heritage, Bermuda National Trust & Alison Outerbridge, General Manager, The St. George’s Foundation

Charlotte is Head of Cultural Heritage at the Bermuda National Trust, where she oversees the protection and promotion of cultural heritage under BNT’s care and advocates for Bermuda’s wider cultural heritage. She is responsible for the Trust’s extensive collections and historic house museums, archaeological and heritage research, historic cemeteries, built heritage advocacy, and wider cultural heritage programming, working closely with staff, volunteers, and other community and cultural partners. A Bermudian, she has worked in the local heritage sector for over 25 years and has a longstanding commitment to the Historic Town of St George and Related Fortifications, advocating for enhanced management of its Outstanding Universal Value, particularly for local community benefit.

Alison is the manager of two nonprofits, The St George’s Foundation and The Friends of St Peter’s Church, and is a Town of St George certified tour guide and editor of The St George’s Crown, a community publication. She is a past Corporation of St George Town Councilor and was recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow by the St George’s Rotary Club for her work in Bermuda’s UNESCO World Heritage Site. She lives and works in St George’s.
